Julie is the Director of the Welldesigned Cybersecurity Division at NIST and earlier was the Director of the Establishment, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) Disunion within the HHS Office of Knowledge Security (OIS), Office of the Dominant Information Officer. In her role at HHS, Julie established a department-wide cybersecurity management program and spearheaded the shock of cybersecurity into HHS’ Enterprise Adverse Management (ERM) framework.
